Job summary

Visionaire Partners seeks a Senior Business Analyst for Enterprise Financial Systems in Atlanta. You will bridge executive strategy with technical execution across budgeting, forecasting, and reporting platforms.

You will own the product backlog in an Agile environment, define clear user stories, map data flows and integrations, and drive UAT with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. Remote-friendly with in-office days as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years as a Business Systems Analyst in Agile environments.
• Experience gathering requirements for core corporate finance solutions.
• Strong backlog grooming, story mapping, and refinement capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional workshops to define requirements for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Own backlog management with clear epics, features, and acceptance criteria.
• Map current and future-state workflows, data pipelines, and integrations.
• Collaborate with engineering and PMs during Sprint/PI planning.
• Drive UAT with stakeholders to validate delivery and resolve issues.
