Job summary

Sound Transit seeks a Senior Program Manager - Bus Bridging to lead a city-wide bridging program in Seattle. You will coordinate with operating partners to ensure service levels meet agency expectations and drive performance through KPI-focused management.

The role requires collaboration with finance and external partners, oversight of audits, and alignment with equity, inclusion, and safety practices in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Public Transportation, Business Administration, or related field.
• Five years of experience with bus operations and/or bus transit planning in a collaborative environment.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Define and establish a bus bridging program with benchmarks and mobility recovery options.
• Coordinate daily with third party operating partners to improve KPI trends.
• Document and analyze performance trends and support budget development for bus bridging.
