Job summary

Sound Transit is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Bus Bridging in Seattle. You will lead cross‑partner coordination to design and execute a responsive bridging program for service disruptions, tracking KPIs and driving performance improvements.

This role combines strategic planning with hands‑on program management and budget collaboration. The ideal candidate has at least five years in bus operations or transit planning, plus strong contract management and data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Five years of experience with bus operations/public transportation.
• Experience managing large complex programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance management using KPIs against service standards.
• Coordinate with operating partners to implement the bus bridging program.
• Prepare budgets in collaboration with Finance and ensure accountability.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and regulations.
