Job summary

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer or Architect registration, OR a Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management with 4+ years of experience.
• Associate's degree in related field with 6+ years of construction management experience, OR high school diploma with 10+ years of experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently while managing diverse workloads.
• Experience in construction project management, capital improvement, maintenance, design, or construction oversight.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects including repairs, renovations, and new construction.
• Provide project oversight from inception through completion and manage consultants.
• Coordinate bidding processes and stakeholder communications.
• Liaise with building tenants and coordinate with facilities management.
