Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Buildings (Capital Projects and Construction Management) for a Los Angeles client. You will lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver projects on time and within budget, coordinating with the client, Architect of Record, and General Contractor.

The role requires 15+ years in project construction management across life sciences, justice, and public agencies, and 10+ years managing programs over $100M.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Project Construction Management experience within life sciences, justice and public agencies.
• 10+ years of experience managing large programs with projects in construction values over $100 million.
• 5+ years' experience leading and assisting with business development and growth strategy development.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects in Los Angeles with schedules, budgets, quality, information, and contracts.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of employees and consultants using various delivery models ( Design Bid Build, Design Assist, Progressive Design Build ).
• Coordinate between client, Architect of Record, General Contractor, and others to ensure deliverables and manage risk.

Education

Bachelor of Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management

California license: CCM/PE/Architect
