We are seeking an experienced, collaborative Project Manager – Healthcare Buildings who excels in aligning teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Based at a client site in the Los Angeles area and reporting to the Program Manager, you will work alongside a team of project managers to lead projects from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with program objectives. In this role, you’ll oversee overall project delivery while managing development, resolving complex construction issues, and providing guidance and oversight to Owner’s Authorized Representatives (OARs).

As the onsite Owner’s Representative, you will be accountable for project progress, technical execution, and the effective management of scope, schedule, budget, materials, and safety. You will also provide leadership to project engineers and construction teams, supporting their growth and professional development. This role is integral to keeping our projects—and our people—connected and successful, and we’ll provide the support you need to thrive.

Here’s what you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and significant related experience.
  • 7+ years of related design and construction project management experience with education or healthcare buildings.
  • Strong working knowledge of pre‑design and pre‑construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management (GMP/lump sum), project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building.
  • Strong working knowledge in vendor procurements, change order negotiation, budget and schedule management, operational governance, client satisfaction and management.
Ideally, you’ll also have
  • Design Assist Delivery experience.
  • Certified Construction Manager (CCM).

The base salary range for this position is $128,200.00 to $200,350.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
