• Operates, maintains, monitors, and performs preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on building equipment.
• Maintains professional appearance of property and engineering spaces.
• Maintains building lighting systems and replaces components.
• Prepares estimates for tasks and manages materials.
• Oversees work by outside contractors.
• Performs specialized tasks (carpentry, electrical, painting, roofing, HVAC, welding, furniture assembly).
• Uses PC/PDA for work orders, email, ESS, and training; responds to emergencies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
