Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and building upgrades to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
• Monitor building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) to ensure reliability and prevent issues.
• Evaluate space use and workflows to improve efficiency and space utilization.
• Ensure facilities meet safety codes and regulations through inspections and coordination with inspectors.
