Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Three or more years of experience as a Building Engineer or equivalent facilities technical trade; supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Functional knowledge of Engineering Assessment Guidelines and proficiency in the assigned area(s).
• Experience with testing equipment (multimeters, gauges) and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Manage operation and maintenance of building systems as the building systems expert.
• Lead a crew in day-to-day operations and maintenance, including scheduling and budgeting.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and deliver exceptional client experience.
• Maintain logs for central plant operations and equipment performance.
• Inspect and adjust HVAC distribution and control systems to resolve work orders.
