Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Building Services Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex building services projects across commercial real estate, life sciences, healthcare, and industrial sectors.

The role focuses on managing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and related systems throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring technical excellence, stakeholder coordination, and alignment with schedule, budget, and quality objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience delivering MEP/building services on large projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and clients.
• Familiarity with commissioning, testing, handover, and operations readiness.
• Solid understanding of project controls, scheduling, budgeting, and risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of building services from design through commissioning.
• Be primary client contact for MEP and systems delivery and performance.
• Manage design consultants, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Oversee coordination of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk to ensure delivery.
• Review drawings, specs, submittals, RFIs, and deliverables for compliance.
• Facilitate design reviews, workshops, and value engineering.
• Support procurement, contractor evaluations, and technical bid reviews.
• Identify risks and lead mitigation for building services and infra.
• Coordinate with construction, cost, scheduling, and commissioning teams.
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and startup activities.
• Ensure codes, standards, sustainability goals, and client requirements.
• Prepare status reports and executive summaries for stakeholders.
• Develop client relationships and pursue additional service opportunities.
• Mentor junior staff and drive continuous improvement.
