This role spans mechanical systems, energy, and building science to improve facility performance and lifecycle value. You'll mentor engineers, guide client engagements, and contribute to strategic planning while staying current

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
• Minimum 15 years of progressively responsible engineering experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in building systems and facility performance.
• Strong knowledge of sustainability, decarbonization, resilience, and building science.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex technical assignments.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior technical leadership for complex building and infrastructure projects.
• Serve as subject matter expert in building systems, energy performance, sustainability, and resilience.
• Lead technical evaluations, investigations, and engineering studies.
• Develop innovative solutions to improve operational performance and lifecycle value.
• Advise on emerging technologies and industry best practices.
• Support business development through client engagement and proposals.
• Mentor engineers and staff to promote technical excellence.
• Review engineering analyses, reports, and recommendations.
• Build relationships with public-sector, educational, and private-sector clients.
