Job summary

NYC Department of Citywide Administrative Services seeks a Senior Program Manager for the Division of Energy Management to lead city-wide building optimization, improve HVAC controls, and drive energy efficiency across city facilities. You will manage project portfolios and advise on strategies to implement energy-saving technologies.

The role requires extensive program management experience, familiarity with energy conservation practices, and the ability to supervise a growing team of engineers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field with 4 years energy experience OR equivalent combinations per minimum qualifications.
• Administrative/managerial experience required as described in the minimum qualifications.
• Mastery of energy conservation, HVAC controls, and building energy performance evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Advance the City-wide Building Optimization Program using advanced analytics and data from BMS endpoints.
• Oversee a portfolio of projects focusing on HVAC/mechanical efficiency and energy savings.
• Guide consultants, scale the program, and develop annual KPI metrics for reporting.
