Job summary

TELACU Residential Management Inc. is looking for a Building Maintenance 3 to perform routine and extensive preventative maintenance for our senior housing facility. Responsibilities include daily inspections, completing service requests promptly, and maintaining safety standards.

The ideal candidate should have 2-4+ years of building maintenance experience, knowledge of various building systems, and a high school diploma. The position offers a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and a 401(k) retirement plan.

Qualifications

• 2 - 4+ years' hands-on building maintenance experience.
• Formal related training from a trade school or certifications preferred.
• Ability to maintain focus while working independently.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the grounds, building, and mechanical equipment daily.
• Complete Service Requests for tenants within 24 hours.
• Maintain and replace electrical and mechanical systems.

Skills

Building systems knowledge

Use of hand and power tools

Bilingual English/Spanish

Education
