Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade certification preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive building engineering/maintenance experience with supervisory exposure.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire/life safety systems.
• BAS familiarity and ability to interpret blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee preventive maintenance on building systems.
• Manage safety programs, emergency response, and inspections.
• Coordinate vendor work, bids, and project scopes.
• Supervise staff, conduct performance appraisals, and schedule shifts.
• Maintain logs, reports, and SOPs for routine operations.
