Kinsley Construction in Hagerstown, MD is seeking an experienced Foreman/Superintendent to lead our Building team. You will direct on-site activities, coordinate crews, interpret blueprints, and ensure work aligns with schedules and budgets.

The role emphasizes safety, hands-on leadership, and collaboration with subcontractors to deliver quality projects. Flexibility for extended hours, physical demands, and DOT safety compliance are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of all aspects of building construction.
• Ability to read and follow construction site drawings, blueprints, diagrams and specifications.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage self-perform crews through a hands-on approach.
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors.
• Interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications.
• Plan, schedule and allocate manpower, tools, materials, and equipment.
• Receive material deliveries and maintain on-site inventory.
• Complete daily time sheets and maintain daily logs.
• Ensure safety policies are followed on site.
• Follow blueprints and specs to meet project needs.
• Perform other related duties as necessary.
