Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or trade school diploma; combination of experience and education considered in lieu of diploma.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills with a proactive mindset.
• Strong math skills for financial calculations and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff, track training, conduct performance evaluations, and oversee hiring.
• Coordinate daily team activities, set schedules, assign tasks, and mentor staff.
• Develop and communicate preventive maintenance programs and safety manuals.
• Ensure team has information/materials to complete work accurately and on time.
• Prepare material and labor cost estimates for maintenance and projects.
• Manage facility budgets and respond to emergencies when needed.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values.
• Apply advanced knowledge to improve methods and processes.
• Demonstrate domain expertise and mentor others across disciplines.
