CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Chief Building Engineer Supervisor to oversee maintenance and repair operations across facilities. You will supervise staff, plan preventive maintenance, manage budgets, and ensure high-quality work across a portfolio of buildings in Santa Fe, NM.

The role emphasizes safety, cost control, and operational excellence within CBRE's engineering services. The position requires leadership, strong problem-solving, and ability to mentor teams while aligning with CBRE RISE

Competenze

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 5–8 years of related experience.
• Ability to meet physical requirements (lift 50 lbs or more, etc.).
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Supervise staff development, performance evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate daily activities, set schedules and assign tasks.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs and safety manuals.
• Ensure teams have info/materials to complete work on time.
• Develop cost estimates for work orders and maintenance.
• Establish and maintain budgets for facilities maintenance.
• Respond to emergencies and lead coordinated responses.
• Contribute to new processes and influence stakeholders.
