Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrate passion for maintaining health and safety standards.
• Ability to use PPE properly and follow safety policies.
• Thorough knowledge of building systems and operating sequences.
• Experience with BMS controls and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate the facility in accordance with all government and regulatory requirements.
• Identify, enforce, and assess safety hazards and risks.
• Record readings, troubleshoot, repair, and adjust equipment (electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
• Upgrade and recommend enhancements to HVAC and electrical systems and related equipment.
• Maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems, and related controls to standards.
• Respond to tenant inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
