Responsibilities

• Follow codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Lead operations, assign work orders, and train coworkers and subcontractors.
• Schedule preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Inspect building systems (fire alarm, HVAC, plumbing) for proper operation.
• Supervise and inspect engineering staff and ensure client space is maintained.
• Respond to emergencies and escalate as needed.
• Develop new methods to improve departmental goals.
• Share expertise and mentor others within the function.
• Lead by example and influence diverse stakeholders.
