Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Chief Engineer in Miami to lead and mentor the engineering staff, oversee daily operations, and manage maintenance programs across assigned properties. You will coordinate with management, tenants, and vendors while upholding safety standards.

The role requires 7+ years in a commercial property setting, expertise in HVAC and building systems, and a strong commitment to quality and customer service. On-site duties and some hands-on work are expected.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 7+ years of related work experience in commercial property operations or similar.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise engineers and maintenance staff, including hiring and training.
• Manage safety program compliance and HR processes.
• Oversee building systems (HVAC, fire/life safety, plumbing, electrical) and vendor coordination.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs and budgets.
• Communicate with tenants, clients, and management.
