Job summary

CP Group, a vertical integrated real estate and management firm based in Atlanta, seeks a senior Lead Engineer to oversee building systems and operations. You will lead maintenance programs, supervise technicians, and ensure safety compliance across high-rise properties.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of building maintenance experience in high-rise environments, strong problem-solving, and hands-on leadership. This role is onsite with after-hours support and shifting schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ building maintenance experience.
• High-rise office building experience required.
• Licenses: stationary engineer and refrigeration operator preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all building systems.
• Operate HVAC equipment and ensure tenant comfort and efficiency.
• Document deficiencies and corrective actions; maintain records.
• Respond to tenant service requests and assist during emergencies.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for maintenance tasks.
