Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with data center experience preferred.
• Trade license or certification relevant to facilities/engineering preferred.
• Strong HVAC, electrical, and mechanical skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of two Maintenance Technicians to ensure 24/7 coverage.
• Schedule and prioritize daily work and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and projects.
• Monitor and improve safety, procedures, and compliance.
• Respond to emergencies and oversee remediation efforts.
