Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Oversee tenant work orders and manage junior engineers.
• Assist in vendor selection and contract negotiation.
• Support capital projects and smaller-scale projects.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and provide on-call support.
• Contribute to budget planning and track costs.
