Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license and insurance.
• 5–7 years’ experience in commercial building maintenance.
• 5+ years’ experience operating hardware/software (HVAC, security, MS Office, work order system, smartphones).

Responsibilities

• Support the preventative maintenance program for the portfolio.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs per license.
• Conduct inspections and complete checklists on time.
• Communicate inspection findings to the Chief/Property Manager.
• Lead other engineers when requested.
• Review and implement contracted service specifications.
• Ensure safety and quality standards across properties.
• Respond to tenant service requests promptly.
• Assist with budgeting and capital projects as needed.
• Maintain safe work environment and proper tools.
