CBRE seeks a Chief Building Engineer Supervisor to lead a facilities engineering team responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing maintenance and repair operations for a portfolio of commercial properties. You will oversee staff development, safety programs, budgets, and preventive maintenance strategies in a high-rise office environment.

With 10+ years in building operations, you will drive capital projects, contractor coordination, and tenant improvements, while ensuring reliability

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with 5–8 years of related experience.
• Experience supervising teams and conducting performance evaluations.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and safety program development skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilités

• Track staff training, conduct evaluations, and oversee hires.
• Coordinate daily team activities, set schedules and deadlines.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs and safety manuals.
• Ensure team has information and materials to complete work on time.
• Develop cost estimates for work orders and projects.
• Establish and manage facility maintenance budgets.
• Respond to emergencies and escalate as needed.
• Apply advanced knowledge to improve methods and outcomes.
• Mentor staff and share expertise across disciplines.
• Lead by example adhering to CBRE values and influence stakeholders.
