ECS Group of Companies in Little Rock, AR seeks a Building Enclosure Senior Project Associate to manage enclosure consulting projects and serve as a lead technical consultant on investigations, assessments, commissioning, testing, and design consulting. You will work with clients, architects, contractors, engineers, and owners daily in a dynamic, consultative role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or Architecture (NCARB).
• 5+ years of related experience with building enclosure consulting, including field investigations, testing, commissioning (BECx), design review, or forensic assessments.

Responsibilities

• Manage building enclosure consulting projects from setup to completion.
• Coordinate project teams and direct site activities with field staff and subcontractors.
• Interface with clients regularly and lead project meetings and discussions.
• Mentor junior staff and supervise field personnel performing inspections and testing.
• Prepare reports, analyze data, and provide recommendations.
