Lead envelope investigations, diagnostics, and rehabilitation projects for historic and contemporary structures, working directly with clients and contractors while mentoring junior staff. You will manage projects, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and access WJE’s resources and lab testing capabilities as part of an employee‑owned firm

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in building enclosure consulting with tech and project management experience.
• Experience evaluating, testing, troubleshooting, and detailing building envelope systems, roofing, and waterproofing.

Responsibilities

• Lead envelope investigations and diagnostics; provide technical oversight.
• Prepare client deliverables with high-quality graphics and writing.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and client expectations.
