• RA or PE licensure in Hawaii a plus.
• Strong written, verbal, and graphical communication skills.
• Proactive team player with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on forensic investigations, condition assessments, and construction administration, including documenting distress and testing.
• Analyze field data, research codes and industry practices to inform analysis and repair design.
• Prepare conceptual, preliminary, and final client deliverables, including reports, calculation packets, and CAD details.
• Manage day-to-day project success and interface with clients, contractors, and teams.
