The role targets 15+ years of experience, with opportunities to lead complex building envelope investigations, diagnostics, detailing, and rehabilitation for historic and new structures. Responsibilities include project management, technical leadership across interdisciplinary teams, and mentorship to develop talent.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Registered Architect (RA) or Professional Engineer (PE) preferred; other certs considered.
• Excellent technical, graphical, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Project management: client development, scoping, team assembly, schedules, budgets, deliverables.
• Technical leadership: apply engineering judgment, oversee enclosure projects, review work, and mentor others.
• Mentorship: share knowledge across teams and industry networks.
• Engage in industry organizations and training initiatives.
