Job summary

Terracon’s Building Enclosure practice is seeking a senior engineer/architect/construction professional to join our team. You will lead field investigations, structural and architectural analysis, and the development of plans for a wide range of building projects.

You will collaborate with local office leaders and Facilities Service Line experts nationwide to deliver services in markets such as commercial, retail, healthcare, education, and government, while maintaining safety, quality, and

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in building enclosure consulting, including condition assessments, destructive investigations, system diagnostics, and remedial design.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or NCARB Registered Architect (RA) required.
• Credentials such as CEM, Cx, RRC, RWC, REWC, RBEC a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety efforts for the team and ensure compliance with safety rules and guidelines.
• Provide architectural/engineering services for a broad array of projects and clients; lead field investigations and prepare related reports.
• Review drawings and construction to ensure compliance with plans and specifications; develop proposals and manage project progress.
