Job summary

Terracon is seeking a mid-level architectural professional to provide architectural and consulting services across multiple project types. The role involves leading small to medium projects, performing analyses, developing plans, and coordinating field investigations with a team of engineers, technicians, and staff.

The candidate will work under supervision of senior professionals, contribute to proposals, cost estimates, and reports, and ensure compliance with plans and specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; recognition for architectural applicability.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience.
• Master’s degree in Architecture preferred.
• A valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history may be required.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules and participate in pre-task planning.
• Maintain quality standards on all projects.
• Manage and execute small to medium projects.
• Develop scope of work for routine projects and prepare cost estimates.
• Analyze data and perform architectural/engineering calculations.
• Coordinate field investigations, laboratory testing, and data evaluation.
• Develop plans, schedules, and coordinate project phases.
• Collaborate with senior project manager to gain experience.
• Make design recommendations and prepare reports for approvals.
• Supervise field staff and interact with clients to develop scope of services.
