Job summary

Terracon's Los Angeles office is seeking a senior-level engineer/architect/construction professional to join its Building Enclosure consulting practice. You will work with local leaders and Facilities professionals from around the US to deliver services in this market.

Requirements include 10+ years in building enclosure consulting and PE or CA RA; credentials such as CEM, Cx, RRC, RWC, REWC, RBEC are a plus. A strong background in engineering, architecture, and client development is expected.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in building enclosure consulting.
Professional Engineer (PE) or California Registered Architect (RA) required.
Credentials such as CEM, Cx, RRC, RWC, REWC, RBEC a plus.
BS in Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or Architecture required.

Responsibilities

Lead safety efforts and promote a safe work environment.
Monitor and improve quality standards and practices on projects.
Develop understanding of project risks and propose mitigations.
Engage with Terracon leadership and clients to grow service opportunities.
Lead and participate in building diagnostics projects including roofing, façades, waterproofing, foundations, MEP/HVAC systems, and distress studies.
