Job summary

Terracon's Los Angeles office is seeking a senior-level engineer/architect/construction professional to join our Building Enclosure consulting practice. You will work with local office leaders and Facilities technical professionals from around the US to deliver necessary services in this market.

For us, quality and doing what's right for our people and our clients is key. Provide architectural and consulting services for a broad array of projects and clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in building enclosure consulting.
• PE or CA RA required.
• Credentials such as CEM, Cx, RRC, RWC, REWC, RBEC a plus.
• B.S. in Engineering, B.S. in Architectural Engineering, or Bachelor of Architecture are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety efforts for team and ensure safe work environment.
• Review drawings and ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
• Develop and review rehabilitation or remedial building plans and related documents.
• Lead field investigations and building diagnostics projects for various sectors.
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate with clients to develop service opportunities.
