You will interact directly with customers, ensuring high satisfaction by delivering accurate field assessments, technical recommendations, and effective solutions.

You will mentor junior technicians, complete project documentation, and support safety and training initiatives while enabling energy management and system

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs complex control systems malfunctions.
• Consults with the customer through data gathered and site assessments.
• Provides field proposals for retrofits, upgrades and or enhancements to existing equipment.
• Assists sales by providing technical recommendations for sales leads.
• Mentors control technicians, service technicians and mechanical technicians on building automation activities.
• Delivers manuals and documentation to the customer for training needs.
