Qualifications

• Legal Authorization To Work in the United States is required.
• General Experience: TWO (2) YEARS in building construction trades.
• Specialized Experience: ONE (1) YEAR in building construction inspection or supervisory roles.
• Basic Experience/Education: ability to read/write and perform arithmetic.
• Lift and carry capability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and measure construction materials and methods.
• Approve or reject concrete forms and equipment based on specs.
• Prepare routine inspection reports and monthly progress reports.
