Qualifications

• Current ICC and PA UCC certifications required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in building code enforcement or inspection.
• Knowledge of Pennsylvania township ordinances preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed reviews of building plans for compliance.
• Perform field inspections for residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare detailed written inspection reports.
