Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking Building Code Officials in Chester County, PA, to perform commercial and residential plan reviews and inspections.

This role offers flexible scheduling and a collaborative environment with municipalities and the public across south-central Chester County. Responsibilities include conducting reviews, ensuring code compliance, addressing issues with owners/contractors, and assisting municipalities with enforcement.

Qualifications

• Current ICC and PA L&I–verifiable residential or commercial certifications.
• At least 5 years of construction experience.
• Commercial Mechanical, Plumbing, and Energy certifications.
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder required.

Location: Chester County, PA

An established engineering firm is looking to add certified Building Code Officials to its team for commercial and residential plan reviews and inspections. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling, a collaborative work environment, and the chance to work closely with municipalities and the public throughout south-central Chester County.
