Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3 years' experience, or high school diploma with 7 years' experience.
• Must obtain FL plans reviewer & inspector license in two disciplines within 120 days.
• Must obtain FL Building Code Administrative license within one year.
• Valid Florida or Georgia driver's license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Review construction documents and perform inspections for compliance with Florida Building Code.
• Assist Building Official and supervise BCA staff and daily operations.
• Coordinate with project team to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Assist in development and implementation of BCA policies and procedures.
