Job summary

LVI Associates is recruiting a Building Automation Manager in Minnesota to lead and develop the controls department. This senior role focuses on department performance, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, engineering, and field operations.

You will oversee team development, set strategic direction for BAS growth, manage financial performance, and ensure high-quality project delivery across Minnesota.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Building Automation, BMS, DDC or HVAC controls.
• Experience leading BAS, engineering, service operations and sales.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and drive growth.
• Travel regionally as required and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead the BAS department, set performance objectives, and drive growth.
• Recruit, mentor, retain, and develop controls professionals.
• Improve workflows, forecasting, and profitability across Minnesota.
• Support sales with pipeline development and key opportunities.
• Collaborate with owners, facility teams, contractors, and partners.
