Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years of related experience or an equivalent combo of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and troubleshoot building systems issues, using laptop software, meters and sensors to assess performance.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on BAS control systems to maintain environmental conditions.
• Upgrade and renovate BAS for energy efficiency and coordinate activities to minimize system shutdown disruptions.
• Maintain records of tests, inspections and repairs along with related administrative duties.
• Coordinate work with building occupants and other trades and support renovation projects.
