Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4+ years related experience or equivalent.
• Pre-employment physical exam required.
• Valid driver's license and insurability by university carrier.

Responsibilities

• Respond to environmental conditions and diagnose building systems to resolve issues.
• Use laptop software, meters, and sensors to evaluate performance and interpret diagrams.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on control systems to maintain HVAC conditions.
• Inspect and calibrate sensors, valves, dampers, and actuators.
• Upgrade building automation systems to improve energy efficiency and reliability.
• Coordinate work with occupants and other trades; maintain records and backups.
