Job summary
Almac Group is seeking a Senior Building Management System Engineer for its Souderton, PA location. The role involves designing, installing, testing and maintaining building automation and process control systems to meet cGXP standards.
You will oversee upgrades, cybersecurity, and collaboration with integrators while ensuring regulatory compliance and project success across Souderton and Durham sites.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering; 8 years in pharma/manufacturing projects
- 8 years' experience delivering automation systems in pharma/manufacturing
- 8 years' experience providing support, maintenance, or administration for automation systems
- 8 years' experience of specification, design, installation, commissioning of automation systems (PLC, SCADA, DCS)
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for on-site automation systems in Souderton and Durham.
- Apply knowledge of automation systems to manage building automation and process control per GAMP 5 and industry regulations.
- Manage upgrades/patching/modifications and change management to ensure cybersecurity compliance.
- Liaise with system integrators, engineers and contractors during project execution.
- Commission new automation systems according to URS and resolve deficiencies.
