Job summary

Almac Group is seeking a Project Engineer for our Souderton, PA site. The role covers engineering design, project management, procurement, commissioning and optimization of process and utility equipment to meet cGxP standards.

The position requires BS in engineering with 5+ years in project engineering, and familiarity with AutoCAD, HAZOP, and document management systems. OSHA10 and pharma facility knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• BS Degree (or equivalent) with engineering experience.
• 5+ years of project engineering experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of commissioning processes and associated documentation.
• OSHA10 or safety qualification preferred.
• Pharmaceutical facility knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders and coordinate project activities.
• Lead or support development of URS, FDS, SDS, HDS, and data sheets.
• Ensure design development and vendor proposals meet user needs and standards.
• Lead or support technical design and development of engineering drawings (P&IDs).
• Coordinate work packages, RAMS, and permits; manage procurement and cost.
