Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a data analytics professional to drive data-driven decisions across the organization. The role involves analyzing data, building dashboards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve data processes and governance.

You will collect and interpret data from multiple sources, deliver actionable insights, and contribute to internal management reporting while mentoring peers as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years related work experience in Business Analytics or a related field.
• Experience improving data process flow and data architecture design.
• Demonstrated experience in data visualization, predictive analytics, and generating data-driven insights.
• Prior experience contributing to internal management reporting.
• Ability to visualize data and generate insightful reports.
• Proficiency in predictive analytics.
• Understanding of data governance and data quality principles.
• Strong knowledge of internal management reporting and data process flow improvements.
• Proficiency in business requirements intake, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder communications.
• Solid understanding of data architecture design.
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Hands-on experience using Power BI or Tableau to build comprehensive dashboards is preferred.
• Experience capturing Sales and/or Marketing analytics and translating them into data requirements is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration experience with technical and non-technical teams.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug test.
