Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent, plus at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Foundational experience with data reporting and visualization.
• Understanding of data governance, data quality, metrics, and reporting standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to document processes for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build dashboards, reports, and automate processes to support reporting needs.
• Maintain and enhance dashboards with data-driven improvements.
• Develop and maintain a data dictionary documenting metrics, data sources, and calculations.
• Audit reports and distribution lists for access control and privacy compliance.
• Partner with Data Governance team to define and enforce data standards.
