Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to join our growing commercial construction team. This is a hands-on position for a skilled carpenter who can work independently while coordinating with project managers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and other trades.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of commercial carpentry experience and be comfortable performing rough and finish carpentry tasks. Travel to PA, NJ, and DE for projects is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial carpentry experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Travel to PA, NJ, and DE for projects as needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Install doors, frames, trim, millwork, and cabinetry.
• Perform metal and wood framing.
• Install drywall, insulation, and ceilings.
• Install flooring and other finish materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints and project specs.
• Take measurements and complete jobsite layouts.
• Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Complete punch-list items and project closeout.
