Qualifications

• This role requires coordinating subcontractors, monitoring workmanship, and managing materials and deliveries.
• This is a hands-on position with field duties such as moving materials, jobsite cleanup, and punch-list work.
• Efficient communication with subcontractors and suppliers and the ability to make timely field decisions.
