Job summary

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints’ Property Reserve is seeking a Senior Development Manager, Multifamily to lead multifamily and build‑to‑rent projects from feasibility through stabilization. You will coordinate market analysis, due diligence, budgeting, design, entitlements, and construction oversight while guiding internal teams and external partners to align with investment objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning or related field required.
• MBA, MRED, MSRE or other related advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible commercial real estate development experience with multifamily/build‑to‑rent experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement residential development strategy with focus on multifamily and build-to-rent opportunities.
• Evaluate and pursue new residential development opportunities via market research, financial analysis and due diligence.
• Lead projects from acquisition through stabilization, managing budget, schedule, scope, risk and investment performance.
• Coordinate land planning, entitlements, permitting, and community engagement; manage risks.
• Oversee development partners, consultants, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to deliver on time and to quality.
