Job summary

Qualifications

• Budgeting, financial reporting, and grant administration experience.
• Knowledge of federal program requirements and audits.
• Ability to analyze expenditures, revenues, encumbrances, and budgets.
• Experience in a school district or public sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops and monitors budgets for assigned federal programs, grants, funds, schools, and departments.
• Prepares financial reports, reconciliations, schedules, and supporting documentation for grant administration and audits.
• Supports the District’s Single Audit activities and SEFA preparation.
• Collaborates with HR, Payroll, Accounting, Purchasing to record transactions and ensure compliance.
