• Prepare and review budget submissions, justifications, financial reports, and supporting materials for senior leadership and Congress.
• Interpret and apply budget laws, regulations, policies, and guidance; develop budget procedures.
• Supervise employees by assigning work, establishing priorities, evaluating performance, and identifying training needs.

• Analyze budget requests, program plans, financial estimates, and resource requirements; develop recommendations to support management decisions and agency priorities.

• Conduct financial analyses, cost-benefit studies, and budget forecasts; monitor expenditures, cash flow, and funding requirements to identify and resolve resource issues.
